I know I am 2 days behind on my blog. I will be posting those photos tomorrow. Life got kinda crazy around the end of this week and I haven’t had time to do anything else. Alas though they will be posted tomorrow!
365 Days of Inspiration: Day 32
February 1st 2012
I like to believe I live a very low key life. I love to go out and party with my friends but nothing is more glorious than a night in. A night where I can just stay at home with my cat and do nothing. Maybe write a little bit, or watch a movie or troll the web. Something where I am not worrying about time, or going someplace or what I have to wear. Just spending the day or the night in my Pj’s is fine with me. We all deserve a day to ourselves. When was the last time you had one.
365 Days of Inspiration: Day 31
January 31st 2012
I love hosting parties. Or just having people over and being able to cook for them. Even though it drives me up a wall in preparations and getting things done(trait passed down from das momma). I try to always go big or go home. Doing things that challenge me and allow me to express myself in different areas. I can cook, bake, and make candy now. I learned a lot this year from my annual christmas party.Main thing. The outcome is always wonderful. Having the people over who I care about and just having a good time is always worth all the stress in the end.

I love tattoos. Growing up I wasn’t such a big fan of them. I guess I didn’t really understand why people got them. Then I started talking to people as I got older who had tattoo’s learning their stories behind the images, or the funny tales, or personal meanings. I learned to adore them. I think they are fascniating. I got my first tattoo this year. It’s the image above and it means the world to me. Reminding myself everyday that I can dream and make things happen. You can learn so much through a person through their art. Tattoos on a person don’t mean they are scum, or dirty people. There is so much out there we judge people for, and why yes, people may have stupid or dumb tattoos. Did you ask them about it? Did you find out their story. Aside from the obvious fuck ups you can see on the internet, make the time to ask. You mind find yourself with two of your best friends on a warm September Day getting some ink done. I’ve never looked back.
365 Days of Inspiration: Day 27
January 27th 2012
On many occasion people have bad days. I’ve learned through my 23 years of living that with every bad day, there will be at least 1 wonderful day to follow. Today Drew and I went to Disneyland. Just for the afternoon. We didn’t rush anything, we didn’t make any set plans for when we got there. We just enjoyed each others company and enjoyed life. It was wonderful to eat dinner with live music with someone I love and adore. Watching people dance. It was wonderful to act like a kid and laugh, and be in good company. Good days can change the week. Good days do exist.
365 Days of Inspiration: Day 26
January 26th 2012
You see this artist. There are no words that I can really use to express what I feel for Kelly Clarkson. Or this Album. I know this album front to back, side to side. All that jazz. Every lyric, every emotion. I feel it, I’ve felt it. I’ve lived it. High school wasn’t the best. Sometimes you feel like you have rough times. Sometimes you feel like you can’t connect. Then it got better. They say music can save lives and it truly can. This album got me through some of the worst moments in my life. Kelly Clarkson is just perfect. I never want her to change.
365 Days of Inspiration: Day 25
January 25th 2012
Posting it a little past deadline but it is ok. I’m allowed. Todays post is a little silly. The things that make me smile or crack up, or just sometimes make me confused. Silly things. Leesah does silly little things for me. All of which cause various stages of emotions. Like tonight. She wrote “Forever alone. O_O <3 W/ leesah bear! Ahh >:} ” on my whiteboard. With my permanent marker. It made me smile, and laugh. I loved it. It wasn’t the biggest gesture of caring for someone. It was simple. And silly. May not be blood, but she’s family. That’s what counts.
365 Days of Inspiration: Day 24
January 24th 2012.
I may not always agree with what he has to say. I may not always agree with how this country has become. But I have to believe things will get better. I need to believe that the right choices will be made. He stood in front of the country tonight and made his voice known. He knew the wrongs in the country, he had means to begin a reform. Tonight this man inspired me. Made me feel like I am not wasting my life away for some pipe dream. Made me feel that, in what I hope is the near future: Things will change.
